Introducing our 100% Vermentino, a white wine that embodies the essence of freshness and elegance. Grape variety: 100% Vermentino

Food pairings: grilled fish and shellfish, white meat treated with delicate cooking


White wine based on the varietal Incrocio Manzoni, a clone studied by Prof. Luigi Manzoni by combining Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano. The name “Rapui” is inspired by its small, short and squat bunches. For its qualities of finesse and elegance, balanced alcohol content and acidity it is used for the production of high quality wines. From its vinification we obtain a wine with the characteristic delicate aroma of Pinot Bianco and the typical very fine aroma of Riesling Renan. The wine is full-bodied and greatly balanced.

Grape variety: Incrocio Manzoni

Food pairings: fish dishes, dishes based on soft cheeses, vegetables and white meats or shellfish. Excellent as an aperitif but also as an end of the evening


Intense color, almost golden. On the nose shows pear, melon, and citrus, demonstrating later pineapple, passion fruit (lightly) and some notes of hazelnut.

Serious in the mouth, with a soft texture, freshness and some salinity. Long finish.

Grapes: 55% Alvarinho & 45% Avesso

Dry Vinho Verde, aged 18 months in French oak and bottled without addition of CO2.

Selective harvest done by hand in the beginning of September of 2017 on 25KG baskets. The fermentation was done in a stainless steel tank of 3000L.  After fermentation we aged the wine for 18 months in a new french oak barrel of 500L.

Before being released to the public, the wine aged another 9 months in the bottle.
